📄 Terms of Service — IPTV Live Support (ILS)

1. Introduction & Acceptance These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the verified technical services provided by IPTV Live Support (hereinafter referred to as “The Agency,” “We,” or “ILS”). By submitting a service intake form, initiating a secure payment, or authorizing us to configure a network instance, you (“The Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Nature of Service: Technical Administrative Agency Crucial Distinction: ILS is NOT a content creator, broadcaster, media host, or direct reseller of copyrighted streams. We operate strictly as a Technical Administrative Agency.
You are hiring The Agency to act as your Limited Technical Proxy to manage your digital entertainment profile. Our services are strictly limited to:
- Procurement: Acquiring secure network instances and credentials on your specific instruction.
- Configuration: Technical setup, device routing, and MAC address integration.
- Support: Ongoing troubleshooting for connectivity, VPN routing, and device compatibility.
3. Agency Appointment & Authorization By submitting an intake request or renewal, you explicitly appoint The Agency as your Limited Administrative Agent.

Credential Management: You authorize us to generate, secure, and manage encrypted credentials (usernames/passwords) to activate your requested network instance.

Procurement Authority: You instruct us to utilize your payment to procure digital access rights from third-party networks on your behalf.

Data Proxy: You authorize us to mask your personal identity when interacting with external network servers to protect your privacy.
4. Fee Structure & Service Definition You acknowledge that the total amount paid to The Agency is a Consolidated Service Fee. This fee covers:

The Procurement Cost: The expense of acquiring the network instance.

The Agency Fee: The cost of Canadian Interac processing, technical support, account management, and identity shielding services.

No Recurring Auto-Billing: All transactions are non-recurring “Management Terms.” We do not store credit card details or automatically charge your financial accounts. All renewals must be manually initiated by The Client.
5. Eligibility & Personal Use You must be at least 18 years of age to utilize our services. You agree that any network access procured through The Agency is for personal, private use only. You may not resell, re-stream, or commercially distribute the credentials provided.
6. Third-Party Infrastructure & Licensing Disclaimer The Agency is a technical intermediary. We provide access management for “Bring Your Own Device” (BYOD) environments.

A. Infrastructure Control: We do not own, operate, host, or control the servers, content feeds, or data streams provided by external networks.

B. Verification: While we screen networks for stability and security (anti-scam verification), we do not independently audit the specific copyright licensing status of every global stream provided by third-party infrastructures.

C. User Responsibility: You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your specific use of the procured network instance complies with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
7. Service Scope & “Best Effort” Support The Agency provides “Best Effort” support.

Uptime: We cannot guarantee the uptime, content catalog, or signal continuity of third-party infrastructure.

Buffering: Issues originating from ISP throttling or external server load are outside our direct control. We provide technical mitigation strategies (e.g., VPN routing assistance) but cannot physically repair external networks.

VPN Requirement: We strongly recommend the use of a premium VPN. The Agency is not responsible for service interruptions caused by ISP blocking or throttling.
8. Refund Policy (Strict) Due to the digital nature of instance procurement, all Consolidated Service Fees are non-refundable once the network credentials have been generated and sent to The Client.

Funds are allocated to procurement and setup costs immediately upon receipt.

The Client is advised to utilize the 48-Hour Evaluation Profile to ensure device compatibility prior to committing to a Management Term.
9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Agency, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of third-party network instances.

Total Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim is strictly limited to the specific value of the Consolidated Service Fee paid by The Client for the term in question.
10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Agency from any claims, legal fees, or damages arising out of: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your specific consumption of media; or (c) your failure to adhere to local laws regarding digital streaming.
11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
