🛡️ Refund Policy — IPTV Live Support (ILS)

1. Introduction & Agency Role IPTV Live Support (ILS) acts strictly as a Technical Administrative Agency. We do not sell, host, or broadcast media content. We are hired by The Client to procure, configure, and manage secure network profiles with third-party infrastructure providers.
2. The “All Sales Final” Protocol Due to the immediate costs involved in digital network procurement and the manual labor required for account configuration, all processed Management Terms are Final and Non-Refundable.
Once your activation credentials have been generated, two irreversible actions have occurred:
- Procurement Costs Incurred: We have paid the external network provider to secure your unique instance. These digital access rights are non-recoverable by The Agency.
- Service Rendered: Our technical team has completed the “Setup, Configuration, and Security Masking” service. The Management Fee covers this upfront administrative labor.
3. No Prorated Refunds You are purchasing a fixed-term Service Management Agreement (e.g., 12 Months). The majority of the Consolidated Service Fee is allocated to the initial setup, secure provisioning, and identity anonymization.

Even if you choose to cease using the service mid-term, the administrative work to procure and establish your secure profile has already been completed and paid for.

Therefore, we do not offer prorated refunds for “unused time” or early cancellation.
4. Exceptions (The “Safety Valve”) We will issue a Full Refund only in the following specific scenarios:

Non-Delivery: You paid the invoice, but we failed to deliver your network credentials within 48 hours of payment clearing.

Provisioning Failure: The external network rejected your specific account request, and we were unable to procure a valid instance.
5. External Network Performance We are not the Network Host. The Agency cannot issue refunds for buffering, channel loss, maintenance downtime, or signal instability originating from the Third-Party Infrastructure.

In these events, our obligation is to provide Technical Support to optimize your local connection (e.g., VPN routing assistance), but monetary compensation is not available for external network issues.
