Transaction Data: We do NOT store credit card numbers or banking passwords. We store only transaction reference numbers (e.g., Interac Reference Codes) to verify proof of payment.
3. How We Use Your Information Your data is used solely for the purpose of executing your agency instruction:

Instance Provisioning: To generate and configure your unique network profile.

Administrative Agency: To act as your proxy in securing third-party network access.

Support & Communication: To send setup guides, service status updates, and renewal invoices.
4. The “Privacy Buffer” (Disclosure to Third Parties) A core function of our Agency is to act as a Privacy Shield between you and external networks.

What We Share: To activate your service, we must provide your generated Username or Device MAC Address to the network provider to authorize the stream.

What We NEVER Share: We do NOT share your Name, Email Address, Payment Data, or real-world identity with any third-party network provider. We hold the account in our administrative system so your personal identity remains private and anonymized from the vendor.
5. Data Security We utilize industry-standard encryption (SSL) and secure server environments to protect your data. All client profiles are stored in a secure CRM environment with restricted access protocols.
6. Data Retention & Deletion We retain your profile information only as long as your management term is active, plus a short grace period for renewals.

Upon Expiry: If a management term is not renewed, the profile is deactivated.

Right to Erasure: You may request the permanent deletion of your data at any time by emailing our support team. Please note that deleting your profile data will immediately terminate any active network access, as we will no longer possess the credentials to manage the instance.
7. Cookies & Tracking We use minimal cookies strictly for website functionality (e.g., remembering your session during checkout). We do not use third-party advertising pixels or sell browsing data to data brokers.
8. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our operational or legal obligations. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
