How Does the Renewal Process Work?

What if I experience buffering or the service goes down?
IPTV Live Support (ILS) provides secure payment processing, provisioning, and technical support only. We do not host, stream, or control the data feeds provided by the external network.
We proudly maintain a high retention rate by helping users optimize their local network setup (e.g., VPN routing). However, as an administrative intermediary, we do not control the external servers. We cannot issue refunds for downtime or buffering originating from the external infrastructure. Any supported platform, does go through a deep vetting process including longevity over at least 10 years.
Refund Policy
No. As an Administrative Agent, our role is to procure your network instance and provide identity shielding. Because the backend procurement costs are remitted immediately and our services (account provisioning and security masking) are rendered instantly, we cannot reverse the transaction once credentials are generated.
